Hill Barn Golf Club

Conveniently located just off the A-24 near Worthing, Hill Barn Golf Club is a spectacular 75-year old course designed by the legendary Fred Hawtree. The club has a long and enviable history having hosted many professional tournaments and been graced by names such as Peter Alliss and Tony Jacklin.

The 18-hole course nestles in the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park and provides sweeping panoramic views out over Worthing and the English Channel. As the course is built on the South Downs it is free draining, so you can play year round without the mud which plagues many other courses. This makes our club a much better value for your golf membership and an ideal choice for golf societies.

The course is an interesting layout with a variety of undulating fairways, subtly-sloped greens and over 100 bunkers. The course provides plenty of challenges and surprises as it undulates through a good balance of long and short holes of which no two are alike. The real beauty of playing Hill Barn Golf Club though is that it’s truly set up for golfers of all abilities to savour and enjoy.
